Default Water leak=??

Heres a new one- installed a rebuilt head on my 2.5 86 calis. was totally rebuilt , crack checked too. Installed the intake with new gasket as usual. filled with water. I have a leak on the drivers side @ where the lower intake bold goes thru intake to cyl. head. Just below the bolt hole-no cracks, holes or anything showing or apparent!! All intake bolts tight & there is NO old gasket material on head or intake! Ive taken offv 2 x & looked!! Its not leaking in bottom of head =leaks @ or below the bolt hole as if wrong gasket or head?? I did verify this head was for a u code engine also-casting #'s correct! anyone experience this before?? im pooring water in the tstat area-no stst- & i can see the water coming out in a stream-yet not a thing is visible in head or intake !
