Its a 1980 Delta 88 with 40,000 miles (yes, real mileage) and a lot of mildew etc. ran great for about 40 miles and then garaged. The battery had been removed and replace by another battery to get it moved..then that original battery was charged for three days and they were switched with that original, in good shape and relatively new, back in the car. It started fine that day. Now, two days later the headlights work fine, the key buzzer when the door is open and the key in--- BUT the car wont' start, radio etc won't work, other stuff won't work??

When we replaced batteries and put in the recharged original...the connection posts SPARKED like crazy...but we proceeded to connect em in spite of that...the car then started and everything worked.

ANY IDEAS? SUGGESTIONS>>HELP????
