Default 1991 Regency Elite Cuts out at Idle

I have a 1991 Ninety Eight Regency Elite. The car sat for about five years before it was given to me. It took some work to get it running again and road worthy. So far I've replaced the fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel pump sending unit, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, spark plugs, spark plug wires, ignition coil and ignition module. Everything is great with the car other than a few things. Sometimes the car is hard to start and after starting I can smell gas faintly. Another issue I've noticed is between 35-45 mph the car seems to cut out but if I let off the accelerator it stops and if I give the car more throttle it stops. The last issue I'm having is at an idle and in drive the car seems to have a miss, this is worse if I stop the car and put it into park. The car will almost stall and idle up and try to stall again. If anyone has any information that can help lead me in the proper direction I would be grateful.
