Loss of Power in my 1970 442 W-30

Does anybody know what could be the issue for my olds to be losing power. High rpms...tops out at 70

there are several reasons for this problem. may be the this is related to motor or some fuel problem..... Or may be the due to the lack of battery power. You can check it by your self also.
