BAD gas mileage HELP

i have a 2000 alero 2.4l and i use to get 32mpg now i get 12mpg please help i dont even know where to start

Do a tune up on it. Plugs, wires, air filter, fuel filter, oil, and oil filter.

i agree with rustyballs_69 and maybe even go further as in oxygen sensor MAF sensor
