I need some instruction on removing the door panel without tearing it up. Any help will be appreciated.

Alright there are 2 screws under the arm rest. where you gab the door to close it. There is a little cover that just pops off and you will see them. There is also one screw behind the red reflctor/light. At the bottom of the door panel there is a little notch you can get a flat head under there and pry out. Once the panel is loose just pull out and up and disconnect the wiring. Thats it.
