Default No Start. Melted Wires. wait there's more.

got my car while ago. 2.4 00. jump started brought home for 1st time. notice elec anamalies taking place. no trunk pop. no passenger window. no dr lcks. no mirror cntrl. serp belt not screaming but needed replacing. on way home got filled up, replaced batt and terminal post bolts, and serp belt. all good. went home installed k &n open air filter and NGK iridium plugs and coil sleeve boots.i took an hour trip to pick up rims for it. all good. got home and dash lights never turned off. pulled radio figuring problem there. car is body kitted so thought a cd player was in before. stock is tape deck. moving radio caused inst lamps to turn off. right by me. behind center the main harness had two wires with no insulation at all. pulled dash found a thick orange wire from behin stereo to undrhood fuse box that melted and a ground from area to ground splice. took several other wires out in places. found out it was cgar lghtr that failed. i just disabled that wire mess didn't run those two back together. inspected harness and repaired damage. several fuse relay spots in car and under hood siliconed shut. hmmm. replaced fuses relay except cgar lghtr. trunk pops fine now. took three days in snow to finally reinstall everything. dr lcks still not working. so anyways ... i drive it to the store come back and feel good about this feat accomplished. alls good. there's more. next morning starts dies immediately. go get gas jug and put 1.5g in. still nothing. check all fuses good. find small vacuum hose near thrttl bdy from sesnor to tb with a crack. replaced hose. no fix. cleaned tb and all sensors with carb n choke and maf cleaner. ran 5 or 6 seconds due to combustible cleaners meaning no fuel. no pressure reg prob. pump works. only light after stalling out each time is check engine. no security. worried that snow could've wet fuse boxes leaving doors open momentarily so cleaned with elec cleaner. no corrosion. connect auto zone scan tool and tried 50 times to communicate w/ pcm and bcm. nothing. headlights dome lights trunk and windows work. what could've caused this overnight? plan checking for shorts i missed. i have wiggled the harness around and pulle and tested siliconed fuses and nothing changes. is there something simple i may have overlooked ?

Check the plugs, see if they are wet after cranking. If so, you've got fuel.
Does the security light ever come on (during the dash self-test?). If not, you could still have a passlock problem. Passlock will not allow the bcm to enable the fuel injectors, so the plugs will always be dry in that case.

I assume your scanner is OBDII capable. You may have a bcm problem. Jumpstarting seems to be hard on the bcms in GM cars, maybe you've had a bcm failure.
