Default What are the symptoms of a bad body control module?

2003 Alero with codes B2752, B2575, B2585, B2577, B2578, B2587, B2588, B2648, B2600, B2601, B2602, B2603, B1001. All of those circuits seem to work fine. The only things that it did that were weird was a rapid-ish but random clicking sound coming from the hazard light switch area and sometimes the doors would lock on their own. Both of those seem to have gone away and wondering if it was a low battery voltage issue because the car sat with a dead battery for many months. I have cleared the codes many times but they come right back as on the next startup. Does this indicate a bad body control module?
