I've been told the gas tank is metal...I thought they were plastic?

jojo, I'm not sure if I'm understanding your answer, your rely seems to deal with the gas cap.......my question is if the gas tank is metal or plastic. Thanks

Your correct, thought you were talking about cap. Been underneath my 2001 plenty of times, tank looks metal to me!
