Default water pump

been having overheating problems. it needed a radiator. I have fans set to come on all the time off of ignition on a 30 amp fuse. i removed thermostat and it will drive for about an hour before it starts to run pretty close to red line so i was thinking of putting a new thermostat in to see if it would help and saw how water pump looks would you replace the water pump off of looks? It isnt leaking but ill include a pic. I dont believe head gasket is blown because it really isnt loosing water nor is it bubbling over in coolant overflow. I may try and hook fans back up as they were as well to retest...
