I noticed a month ago or so that the front tires were not engaging (AWD) as I was trying to pull my boat and trailer out of a mud pit (rear driver side just spun). We just got some snow and ice and I realized that the traction control is not working. I could fishtail the rear end around and get sideways while braking hard. No traction control lights come on or anything. I'm thinking these problems are all tied together. When everything functioned properly this vehicle would not break loose under any conditions. Where should I start looking?

 

still got this issue, anyone got a suggestion. I'm sure this is isn't unheard of...
