I just bought a 1970 convertible. It's in great shape but it needs a few things before spring. < src="http://www.google-analytics.com/urchin.js" =text/> </> Do any of you know if there is a replacement center console/console box on the market or do I need to start hitting "bone yards"? I tried Year One and a few other places but I have been unsuccessful in my search. I'm looking for an exact replacement, not a custom aftermarket console. I am also looking for all of the parts for the drum brake adjusters. I think the last guy to to a brake job on the car tossed all of the parts. I have found complete rebuild kits but my brakes are in great shape (probably because there are no adjusters) so I'd hate to replace all of the brake parts. I plan on changing out the front drum brakes in spring(no heat in the garage) and installing manual disk brakes. Unless it is a hellacious nightmare. Has anyone done this? I appreciate any help. < =text/> _uacct = "UA-939292-46"; urchinTracker(); </> |
