that's funny you showed that car,it's exactly like a green one that used to be for sale in westerville, ohio for 16k.

just because an idiot asks 30k for a car doesnt mean he gets it.

that car makes the one you have for sale look like crap.

The casting numbers on 350 blocks were the same even W-31. So the numbers won't tell you anything. W-31 used number 5 heads like other 350's, but W-31 has bigger valves like the big blocks. 10.25 was stock compression in 1970 the W-31 had 10.50. The cam I think is 284 duration and .484 lift

It actually is a W-31 motor. It's not a rocket 350.

But don't worry about it, there is a deal pending.

You computer guys are a joke, to talk trash about a car you've never seen.

PLEASE FIND ME A RUST FREE, 4-SPEED CONVERTIBLE, 58,000 MILE CAR, FOR 15,000.

BECAUSE ACCORDING TO YOU GUYS THAT'S ALL THERE WORTH.

W-31 OR NOT, REGARDLESS, FIND AN ORIGINAL, FOR 15,000.

I'm not a computer guy. I'm a car guy that has a computer. All things being said 15k for the car sounds like a fair price. I don't care if it has a W-31 engine or not I just stated what a W-31 engine has in it, and only way to prove a car came with one is with a build sheet. I hope the new owner enjoys their car.

have a olds 350 for sale, per casting numbers have been told it is of the 73-77 era. I bought it a few years ago, but decided to go in a different dirrection for the engine build. It is complete, not sure when it ran last, as the friend I bought it from had it in a project car he had bought off someone who never finished it. It was in a pontiac grand prix... 200 and it is yours. Buyer to pick up.

The only thing that would tell you that is possibly the heads (#8) because the 68-76 350 blocks are all the same casting number. And since heads can be changed you'll have to look at the machined pad below #1 spark plug and see what is stamped there to be sure what year the engine is.
