1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme (International Edition)
 

Alright, heres the deal with this car.

Problem(s)
Car wont drive above 75-80kph. Hits this speed and its almost like it has a fail safe. Car "bogs out"
Driving at those speeds the car backfires
shift from drive to neutral (or any gear) and the car wants to stall out. Press on the gas and it will catch itself most of the time.
Car electronic message says "low fuel" even tho' the car has 3/4 full tank.

What's been done you ask?
New plugs and wires
All new solenoids
New fuel pump and filter
Catalytic convertor removed
EGR valve removed and "delete kit" installed
New vent lines
New fuel relay
New map sensor

Just installed a new battery and fired the car back up to try and work on this thing some more. Its still doing all the same things as before. Ideas? suggestions?, questions? I'm open to it all.
