88 ciera hubcaps and dashboard
 

Will 88-89 cutlass supreme hubcaps fit 88 ciera wheels. The ones i wanna get are 14s like my wheels. Idk if the center locking caps are required or if supremes will clip on..

Second question. My dashboard is sinking away from windshield. The four screw thst hold it have all popped through the old dashboard. Any ideas how to reinforce these small areas to hold the weight straight.
