I jumped my Olds with my friends Ford Contour and it blew out his 175amp mega fuse that would allow the battery to be charged by the alternator. I thought it was the alternator at first but it was bench tested and so was the battery, both fine. Anyway, if it was a fuse on his Contour then I was assume the same for mine. Does anyone know where/how to get to the fusible link or 'mega fuse' somewhere in the olds then?
