i have a 96 cutlass ciera registered to me and i own it,but the person i live with is insane and is a car tech and was pissed at me and disabled something so my car wont start. the battery still works so when i put my keys in and turn it wont start it just whirrs,like the ignition wont jump the engine even though the battery is active. i know nothing about cars or mine so could someone help me out? i can no longer get to my job and other important things and my roommate still will not fix it. please give me advice
