Does anyone know anything about the Power Master III ABS system?

I am having trouble with my car and need to be able to drive it by Tuesday.

Thank you for any info

YOU WILL GET A FASTER RESPONSE SHOULD YOU EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM.

I worded it like that because the brake system is pretty rare.

Not many people know about it.

Pump motor runs all the time and brake pedal is hard when first pressed then 5 seconds later the pedal will drop and almost lock up the brakes.

Car has a new accumilator and both rear calipers.

Have also posted almost the same quiestion before with no responce.

DID YOU HAVE THE PROBLEM BEFORE REPLACING THE ACCUMULATOR AND CALIPERS . ???

The pedal was really hard before replacing the above parts.

Then lately I would hit the pedal and sometimes there was no brakes at all. The pedal was still hard and would feel like a normal pedal but nothing would happen when I hit the brakes.

Yesterday after installing the calipers and bleeding the car drove fine for 10 miles. The started acting up again. Now the pump runs all the time.

Bled the entire system yesterday ran about 64 ounces of fluid through the system seemed fine. Got about 35 miles out of it before it was back to the same thing.

Bled it again today at work got about 25 miles out of it again.

Ready to blow this car up.

That would make one less of the 1515 of these cars made in 1991.

I HAVE SOME FRIENDS WHO ARE KNOWLEDGABLE ON BRAKES AND I AM ASKING THEM QUESTIONS . JUST TO BE SURE I UNDERSTAND ARE YOU LOSING BRAKE FLUID ??

No not loosing fluid at all.

The pedal keeps messing up.

The pedal is hard when first pressed then I can feel the pump start pumping. Then the pedal will fall and the car will stop really fast.

Remember this is not the average brake system with a vaccum controlled brake booster.

It has an accumilator that pressurizes the brake fluid to over 1000 PSI(no not a typo)Max pressure is 2200 PSI.

A regular brake system is no problem to fix. I am a Volvo Master tech.

But this system is a really wacky system. Which I don't understand because I can't find the proper info to read up on to learn the system and how it works.

Thank You for all your help.
