AC Low port for 92 Cutlass Supreme?

AC Low port for 92 Cutlass Supreme?
I'm trying to locate the low port for a 92 Cutlass Supreme. I removed the air cleaner housing and traced the coolant lines. Pretty sure I found the high port. Just below it on the larger line is what COULD be the low port but instead of the standard plastic cap it has a metal fixture I'm not familiar with. Any guidance would be much appreciated.
