do they make an rear fender insert for 1992 ciera
 

i have a 1192 ciera with major rust on the rear drivers side,, the rear axle assembly is ready to fall off because the rust has eaten up everything that holds it in place,, i was told that i could possibly find an insert to weld over all of this,, is there such a thing out there,, thank you
