hey i am working on a firedns 87 cutlass ceara 4 cylander and it has not heat blows out but cold heater core is fine new thermastat not geting any fluid to the heater core from the water pump and the bet seems loss because u can move the belt tenchaner by hand could this be it if u could helop me with this asap i would gratly apresheat it
