Vehicle Emission Control Information Under Hood Decal

I have a 1980 Olds Cutlass Supreme Brougham and I am looking for the Vehicle Information Control Information Decal HB for a 4.3 engine that attaches to the fan shroud. Is there anyone that knows of a GM contact for this info or a reproduction contact? Thanks.
