Angry 1999 Olds Eighty-Eight stalling when stopping

1999 Olds 88 3.8L Series II. When applying the brakes to stop or slow down, the engine stalls every time. It will start right back up and go all day until applying the brakes. Then engine stalls. It is consistent. When you want to stop, you can put it in neutral and brake without engine stalling. Any experience with this problem out there?

The MAF Sensor was the culprit. It was a 3-minute fix.
