The AC only blow out the defroster vents and the rear console vents. Any ideas why and how to fix this? Thanks

The vent selectors are operated buy vacuum. The most likely cause is a cracked or disconnected vacuum line. It does not necessarily have to be one of the vacuum lines that are connected to the programmer (although it’s a good place to start looking) A vacuum leak almost anywhere can effect the environmental controls.
