Question My 94 Is Idling WAY too high...

Hey, I'm new here, and I have a problem. my 94 Oldsmobile LSS Is Idling rediculously high when not in gear, and I have no idea what the cause is. there aren't any vacuum leaks (That I know of), and I just replaced the TPS and the Computer. It idles high enough that the governor stops it from going above 4000 rpm, although it goes to around 5500 if i put it in neutral. anyone else having this problem? Google has failed me

it also Idles around 2000 when in gear (forgot to mention)
Also, no Check Engine Light, so i believe the sensors are all fine

I had much the same problem with an '86 Delta 88 3.8. It always ran high after start and always really clunked going into gear because of high idle. Picked up a new Idle Air Control and when it was out cleaned the area inside intake where the plunger seats. Have to go through a relearn process to get proper idle but this fixed my high idle problem. Hope this helps you.
