1st Car: '94 Cutlass Ciera or '94 Olds 98 Regency?

Hello, I'm new here. I would like to request some advice on how to decide between two cars for someone who is buying their first car. One is a '94 Cutlass Ciera with 68k miles for $1400-$1500 and the other is a '94 Oldsmobile 98 Regency with 109k miles for $1400. What kind of additional info do I need to ask the sellers in order to decide between these two cars? I only have $1600. I don't even have enough for insurance. Can I buy the car, drive it home and settle the paper work (insurance, title, other stuff I don't know about) later? They both seem to be very good deals. Although the Regency might be too much for a first time driver to handle. From what I've seen though it seems really classy to me, and hence my dilemma. I'm leaning towards the Cutlass because of the low mileage. Oh I should say I don't have my drivers license (face palm, I know long story). So how can I obtain this car once I've decided which to buy?

Sincere advice appreciated, thanks.

I don't know where you are, but here in Victoria tax is paid upon registration, the 98is going to be a little more money for insurance probably, but you can get a day permit to move it, if you had a place to store it. I like those 98's a lot, but that is a really low miles Ciera, I'm just not familiar with that motor, and it's a bit smaller than the 98, I like it roomy! Some of those 98's came supercharged if I'm not mistaken, hmmm...

Make sure of insurance to transport the car, unless you haul it, all it takes is 1 moment of bad timing/luck to REALLY cost you.
You might need an adult to reg it, I just re-read your post, and didn't realize you no license.
