455 rotating assembly with k heads

I have a 455 rotating assembly crank, rods, pistons, cam, lifters new, timing chain and gears new, and 2 sets of heads one set is complete (k) other set is bare, motor was built for a boat and ran about 1 hour and never touched water, the boat was left uncovered for 15 years and ruined, the block got water inside and froze and cracked so i''m parting everything out let me know if your interested
