Just a little something I learned, with help from the forum. I bought a 2001 Silhouette and it did not list keyless entry (AU0) on the RPO list.


Since I could get a replacement transmitter (with a PK3 key blank as well) on Ebay cheaply and since Corky wrote and told me how to easily program my van, I figured I''d spend a couple bucks and give it a try.


I followed his instructions, which are duplicated in the owner''s manual, and despite not being ordered with this car, the BCM accepted the transmitter and it works like a charm.
