Auto Zone has deleted Oldsmobile from its parts search pages. Customer service told me that all I have to do is go to there partsamerica.com sight and send a parts request e-mail. Why do hundreds of thousands of Oldsmobile owners have to go through such inconveniences to shop at the country's largest parts dealer. I like to find my parts on line then go to the store and hand the clerk my parts list with the stores part numbers. It can save you a lot of time and you get to match the parts and check for quality before you leave. If Oldsmobile owners send a e-mail or letter to the Auto Zone board of directors they may begin to value us as costumers the same as they valueYugo owners.
