I have some questions about my rear bumper shocks.

My first question is what is the length fully extended so my bumper filler will fit tight to the chrome bumper?

Broke L Bracket/ Extended Length of bumper shock Length?
y second question is where can I buy either new ones and or the little L brackets that a bolt goes from the bottom of the frame into the bracket at the end of the bumper shocks?
