Arrow Replacement GM Key(s)

Greetings! Quick question about a second set of GM keys for a 1992 Ninety-Eight Regency

i have 2 keys (for now). 1 to open the trunk/doors/etc. the other is a Black GM key (with the little back chip) for the ignition.

I normally like to make duplicates just in case i lose the Original, but my question is do i have to go to a GM Dealer to get a Key made or does Walmart or Home Depot make the GM Ignition Key(s) with the little black chip on both sides of the key?

thanks,

-dave

I am pretty sure the chip keys are dealer only.
