Are there any threads here or does anyone know where II might find information on the flathead 6 cylinder in a 1929 Oldsmobile? It hasn't ran in about six years and have been told I should make sure it is oiled properly before starting it after such a long time since last running. Is the oil pump run by a belt? I am looking at buying the car but the current owner wont sell it until he hears it run.
