1981 cutlass supreme

So I just bought a cutlass, it's not in that bad of shape. The major problems are I need new t top seals. You guys no any good sites to buy them off of? My gauges also don't work, (gas, speed, temp. Etc) I believe it's the wire behind it but I have no what to look for. And also my power locks don't work but I think it's just that they seized and can just buy new locks and fix that. If you have any suggestions or anything. I'm more than open to ideas, kinda new to whole thing but giving it a shot. Thanks

It sounds to me like the bad seals gave you a wiring nightmare to contend with. The dash will have a large plug with all the wires in it.
As far as the locks go if you can unlock and lock the doors by hand I'd say they're not seized.

What would make the dash not work like that? what should i be looking for? Im totally in the dark when it comes to this kind of things. and Yes i didnt mean seized but its hard to turn the key to unlock the door, and the power locks dont work anymore.

You're going to have to pull the dash out and start there. That way you will know what you are dealing with. You will also want to check all of the fuses to make sure none are blown.
Like I said the leaking T-top seals can wreak havoc on the cars wiring. Bad grounds are your worst enemy and you need to make sure all of your connections are solid for both positive and negative.
