1988 Olds Cutlass Calais 2.5L
 

I have a 1988 Cutlass Calais that cranks but wont start. I have checked for spark, air, and fuel, which I get all. The starter is good, along with new alternator and getting battery checked. I have tried checking codes and keep getting code 12. Any help would be more than greatly appreciated
