<DIV>This car will not run after a re-man engine was installed. I have replaced the P.C.M and checked all power and grounds to computer andon theengine block. I have had the ignition module tested and it works. I have also replaced the coil packs. The car acts like it is seriousley out of time. So I checked cam timing and its right on. Compression is 160. I put a noid light on theinjector wire harness and itis flashing. Checked fuel pressure it is 48 PSI and Ihave scanned all sensors on the engine with a genisis, everything seems to be within range. The only sensor that wasn't changing values is the crank sensor. It is supposed to have 0-2 advance-retardbut not sure if it has to run to get that. Scanner info says 0-2 and its at 0. But the veichle has not run. CanI be fighting a cam or crank sensor? No codes arepresent or in history. Thank you for your time and look forward to hearing from you.</DIV>
<DIV>Thank you, Mark</DIV>

Yes it hasfire. It does turn over (starter engages and cranks the engine around)but won't fire over to start. Can not recieve codes due to not running just for a minute.
<DIV id=post_message_4507071>Yes I do have spark and the modual checked. There is an RPM reading when cranking, I beleve it is arround 123. The battery is fully charged and it seems to be turning over fine. The starter labors a little when the engine backfires through the intake. It seems like a timing issue. And I have tried the only two fireing order for the 3.8. I had forgot to mention that it is getting a fair amount of fuel. Should I try another set of plugs? They are pretty black. I'm not to sure of what exactly I am missing here?
Hope to hear back from you. Thanks again.</DIV>
