1998 Oldsmobile Cutlass power window Electrical help
 

Hello All,
I am working on a power window electrical issue on my Son's 1998 Olds. Cutlass.

The power windows doesn't work , Using the Haynes manual, I trace power back to the Right hands Instrument panel fuse box.
This has the power coming in and going through a Pwr window 25 amp circuit break to the window.

I break out the fluke and find the circuit break and test it and it has good continuity from pin to pin.
I test for power at the pin socket on the fuse panel and Nothing?? Tested both to be sure.
I start testing all the other fuses and I have No Power at the fuse panel.
Any suggestions or schematic for the wiring Going to that Fuse panel would be greatly appreciated.
