Hey Everyone, First post here.

My turn signal on my 2001 Intrigue recently began to malfunction. I initially thought the buld had come loose after a long drive. I jiggled it a little bit and the turn signal worked again, intermitently that it. However, upon closer inspection I noticed that the turn signal socket as well as the bulb had melted a little bit. Im assuming the turn signal socket has shorted.

I am going to attempt to repair this myself...However, the signal socket is really hard to come by. Does anyone have any idea what other vehicles are similar to the intrigue that may share turn signal sockets? Buick Century maybe?

Not sure about other vehicles, but have you tried a salvage yard?

 

Yeah I did. Head lamp socketts are hard to come by

 

check auto zone we carry some replacement sockets
yea i know what you mean
my wipers will not cut off at times can turn car off and they park and are fine for a few days not sure if it is motor or switch
