70 Cutlass-no crank-no start
 

Hello,
I'm new to the forums. I need help!!

I have a 1970 cutlass supreme convertible. I turned the key and the engine will not turn or start. I have put in a new battery, a new starter, a new safety neutral switch, and a new ignition switch. ive turned the key to start it and nothing happens. All the lights on the dash light up, side markers light up, tail lights light up. I do hear a click inside the engine compartment, i believe it is horn relay. I've also put a remote starter to the engine starter, the engine turns and the car wants to start but doesn't. the car has been sitting for 2-3 years. I tested the wire to the solenoid terminal. When i turned the key to start there is no power to it. I believe it could be in the ignition locking cylinder.

I really need your help as I am baffled as to why the car won't start.
