97 Bravada electrical issues-door locks don't work and interior dome lights flashing
 

I've got a 97 olds bravada with 93k on it and a few weeks back the power locks started not working. They would work before the car was started up, but once is was running for a little bit they would stop working again. Last week the dome lights started flashing on and off while driving and it has gotten worse. I replaced the large 20A fuse that controls the power locks thinking that it might be that but that didn't fix the problem. What kind of electrical issue might this be?

actually the problem is with all of the door locks not the windows. the windows seem to be working ok as of right now. i assume it's all somehow related seeming the map lights and the lights under the dash all flash too.
