Alero leaking oil

Hello! I'm new to the forums.just wanted to see if any of you knew why my Alero is leaking oil off the head.it seems to be leaking from a bolt off the side of head.can anyone tell me what this bolt is for and its purpose.sorry I'm no mechanic and wanted to pick your brains.sorry for the crappy pics.lol Thanks!
