a/c issue 88 cutlass supreme brougham

Default a/c issue 88 cutlass supreme brougham
My a/c will no longer blow on high but is blows on all the other levels. I changed the blower thinking it may be that but having the same issue. its ice cold on all the other levels. Any expertise here?

These era cars have a plug in Blower motor relay, replace it and your issue is then over.

I changed out the relay and it still won't blow on high. I also put a new resistor in and same results. Should I try to change both out together? i have been trying separately?
