dash-mounted tach (442)
Hi Forum,
I got a dash-mounted tach for the 1966 442, restored it quite good and now I am confused about the cable-colors. A picture is attached.
Does anyone know, which cable goes where - and I mean, which color ?
I know, that one should be ground, on is to coil, one to illumination and one to 12V... but there are only 3 cables...?!
By testing I found out, that GREY = illumination and I am afraid just to "hold cables randomly to coil and battery"...
Thank you for any hint.
