It depends on the way the fan is facing.
If the blades are tilted towards the engine, the fan would spin clockwise.
If the blades are tilted toward the radiator, it would spin counter-clockwise.
The reason for this is because the fan brings air into the engine, rather than forcing air towards the radiator.
