Fuel tank help
 

Hey anyone out there give me a hand in figuring out fuel tank straps ? Had to replace my fuel tank straps and the new straps are straight. How do I get them on and to form to the tank ??? This is a lame question but need some info on getting these on. The old straps had to be cut off do to rust ..
