Fuse box on a 78 olds cutlass

Can anyone tell me where the fuse box is on a 78 olds cutlass salon??
My turn signals are not working and I want to check the fuse. I am hoping that it is just the fuse
What else should I check if that is not the problem?? Thanks in advance!
