Question gettin back in the game

I just bought a 87 cutlass from a friend, its still in his garage. Its been on blocks for the past 10yrs and I believe hasn't been started. It has the 3.8, wanna get rid of that soon! My question to everyone is how should I go about starting it. I did pick up some fogging oil to prime the cylinders. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My 16yr old and I wanna get it home and get this project started. THANKS!

old fuel is bad news, drain tank if it has any, new fuel filter, oil & filter change, and if you can get one - an oil pump primer that you can spin it up and lubricate everything before attempting to start it...
