First and easiest, check the brake fluid. A low fluid level can cause the lights.
Second, the slush may have loosened one of the ABS sensor connections at the wheel hub. You can easily check them yourself. Look for a wire out at each hub and remove the connector. Check for wetness, corrosion, bent pins, and other obvious problems. There should be only one or two wires leading to each hub, so it will be easy to find.
Also check that wire as far back as you can for breaks or chaffed areas, especially the ones going to the front wheels, as they flex and bend every time you turn the steering wheel.
If you still can't find a problem, you will need to get the car scanned with an ABS capable scanner.

You nailed it, brake fluid was low... Now I need to find out why abs and all other lights went out after putting fluid in. Which I needed to use a syringe to do, its way under the windshield. Wasn't too big of a deal after I made the decision that there was no way to get a bottle in there!
Thanks for the help!

Brake fliuš gets lower as brake pads wear. This is normal. I would refill the reservoir and monitor the level. You might also check your brake pads to see how much thickness is left.
A brake fluid leak is normally easy to find by parking with a large piece of cardboard or paper under each wheel. The fluid drips are easy to see that way.
