need help with sensors

It is an 86 calais, 2 sensors are not getting power to them. Both the TPS, and MAP. Upon looking at the wiring diagram I can see that both powers wires for the sensors are connected at one point and run to b11 on the ecm. The ground is good for both of them. My question is how do I fix this issue? Would the ecm be bad or is there a relay maybe where the wires might go to? Any help would be appreciated. I attached the wiring diagram. Its the gray wire at the bottom of the diagram connecting the sensors.
