Radio Crapped Out/Fasten Belts Light Stuck
 

Driving around the other day when the radio station suddenly went to static, and at the same time lost the radio clock/station display. And at the same time the fasten belts light has stuck on. When the power button on radio is pressed the antenna won't telescope in or out either. I was about to order a replacement deck for this car anyways (89 custom cruiser). Think that ought to correct this?
