Rear passenger side trail arm that holds wheel in place
 

I recently took the alero to a shop to have the front end aligned. It happened that they only perform all wheel alignment but didn’t mention that fact.

A month after the repair, the trail arm came loose from the rear hub. I took it back to them and they did a song and dance that it was caused by pot holes or rust.

I mentioned that it it were rusted or a problem, wouldn’t that have been noticed when setting the rear wheel alignment? Anyway, they aren’t taking any responsibility.

I think they loosened the bolt and forgot to tighten it. Thoughts?
